I’m sure learning alot about leadership in my time of attempting to participate in the busyness world. I think my most predominate lesson is the punchline to the phrase “trial by fire”. It is now my belief that anyone can indeed lead. There is no proper leader much like how there is no proper species. The natural unbalance of society selects its leaders as it sees fit.
However, the quantitative understanding of a “good leader” is related to his success. Loosely I’ve observed that a excellent leader must do so by example regardless of matter. For the moment I believe this fondly. For instance, my company will succeed not because of good leadership but because of profound work ethic exhausted on others only from myself.
Past this post, I’ll ploy my time with new ideas until I hit a home run.
